A model download failed or won't verify. Delete the partial download from the model's detail page and try again on Wi-Fi. Every download is checked against a cryptographic signature before it can be used.
The app says my device needs more RAM. Larger models need more memory. Pick a smaller model from the browser, look for the RAM figure on each card, or free up memory by closing other apps first.
Is my data private? Yes. Chat runs entirely on your device by default. Nothing is sent to SoloLLM's servers. Model downloads, optional iCloud sync, and any cloud or web-search features you turn on yourself are the only network activity the app ever makes. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
